London's Tube network is facing severe disruption this morning, with the Central line badly affected following a signal failure at Leytonstone. The Jubilee line is also experiencing severe delays after a separate signal failure at Baker Street.
Central line disruption
The Central line has reopened following the earlier signal failure, but the entire line is still running with severe delays. There is no service between Loughton and Hainault via Newbury Park and Liverpool Street due to the fault.
Tickets are being accepted on London Buses via reasonable routes. Minor delays are also reported on the rest of the line.
Jubilee and Northern lines
The Jubilee line has fully reopened after this morning's earlier signal failure, but severe delays remain on the entire line.
The Northern line has also fully reopened following the late finish of engineering work, though severe delays persist between Kennington and Morden while the service recovers. Earlier, there was no service southbound between Stockwell and Morden.
Other line updates
Southern Rail services between Chichester and Havant are expected to run with delays until 11am due to a fault with level crossing barriers in the Bosham area. Trains will run at reduced speeds.
A tree caught on overhead electric wires is causing disruption to services to and from St Albans Abbey, affecting a number of London Northwestern Railway services. Trains may be cancelled or delayed, with disruption expected until around 8am.
The District line is dealing with minor delays due to train cancellations, and there are minor delays on the Victoria line for the same reason.
