The awards celebrate the 'very best Asian cuisine nationwide', offering spice enthusiasts a guide to the 'outstanding curry houses in their local area'.
Selection Process and Ceremony
The 100 restaurants featured were chosen through a combination of public votes and recommendations from the ACF's expert panel. The winning eateries received their accolades at the Asian Catering Federation Prestige Dinner and Top 100 Award Ceremony, held last month. The list includes a diverse array of venues, from two-Michelin-starred powerhouses to establishments that have recovered from the brink of bankruptcy.

Among the top curry houses are London's Gymkhana, which holds two Michelin stars, and other renowned names such as Benares, Kasa & Kin, and Colonel Saab.
