Whether it was discovering the perfect pastry in Scandinavia, sipping a memorable glass of wine on a vineyard tour in France, or enjoying the fruits of the truffle season in Italy, readers are encouraged to share their favourite regional food experiences. The best tips will appear in the Guardian Travel section and website.
How to Enter
Keep your tip to about 100 words. If you have a relevant photo, you can send it in – but it's your words that will be judged for the competition. For legal reasons, entrants must be UK residents. The competition closes on Monday 31 August at 10am BST.

Contributions can be made anonymously if you are 18 or over. Responses are secure as the form is encrypted, and only the Guardian has access to the contributions.
