Location and beach

Beadnell Bay, described as a 'watersports paradise' by Visit Northumberland, has golden sand, dunes, and a small harbour. On Tripadvisor, it holds a 4.7 rating from hundreds of reviews. One visitor called it 'the best beach in Northumberland', adding: "This dog-friendly beach is absolutely stunning and goes on for miles. It's golden sand with no pebbles, has a small harbour at one end plenty of little nooks to shield from the wind." Another said: "Having visited Beadnell Bay numerous times in the last 20 or so years, I can hand on heart say it is by far my favourite beach in the UK. The bay is an excellent walk with stunning scenery, and the sand dunes are brilliant for the kids to enjoy tiring themselves out on." A third reviewer noted: "Parking near the entrance is very dear."
