Giant Inflatable Waterpark Coming to Rivington This Summer

Tickets have gone on sale for the North West Aqua Park, a giant inflatable outdoor waterpark arriving at the Anderton Centre on the border of Bolton and Chorley this summer. Set against the backdrop of Lower Rivington Reservoir, the park opens on Monday, August 3, with hourly sessions priced at £20.

What the Aqua Park Offers

The park features giant inflatable obstacles, slides, climbing walls, balance challenges and splash zones, all supervised by fully qualified lifeguards. It is designed for families, friends, community groups and thrill seekers, with a minimum age of six and minimum height of 1.1 metres. Children aged six to 11 must be accompanied by an adult at a ratio of one adult to two children. Those aged 12 and over need an adult if they are not confident in open water or in large groups.

Supporting a Charity

The Anderton Centre is a registered charity that delivers adventure activities such as kayaking, archery and paddle boarding. The launch of the Aqua Park represents a significant investment in outdoor recreation, and every visit helps support the centre's work providing life-changing outdoor learning opportunities for children, young people and community groups across the region.
