Europe's Third Largest Hotel Opens 2 Hours from UK

A vast new hotel is set to open this month just two hours from the UK, quickly becoming one of the largest properties in Europe. On Wednesday, June 17, Gołębiewski Pobierowo will welcome guests, boasting 1,240 rooms across 13 floors. While it won't claim the top spot—beaten by London's Royal National Hotel (1,630 rooms) and Bucharest's Rin Grand Hotel (1,459 rooms)—it secures third place.

Beach and Waterpark Fun

The hotel sits on the banks of Plaża w Pobierowie, a 2.5-mile beach with soft white sands and clear Baltic waters. The shallow sea is ideal for swimming and popular with families. Beyond the beach, the hotel features an indoor and outdoor waterpark with slides, plus wellness activities including a salt cave. Kids can enjoy organized entertainment, while adults relax on the outdoor terrace with live piano performances. Four themed restaurants serve international cuisine.
