A tiny private island just off the coast of the Isle of Skye can be rented in full for a holiday stay, with guests arriving by private boat.
The accommodation, highlighted as the Daily Record's Airbnb of the Week, sleeps up to seven guests and is currently bookable through Airbnb for approximately £2,200 for a three-night stay.
The Property and Its Features
The holiday home includes four king-size bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living room and dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with views over the water. Outdoor space is also provided, where guests can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
During their stay, visitors have access not only to the cottage but to the entire island. Guests can spend their days roaming its hills, relaxing by the coastline, visiting the island's lighthouse, or enjoying a pint at a traditional Highland pub just across the shore.

A review on Airbnb reads: "A truly special place. This was a bit of a splurge for us but worth every penny ten times over. The entire team were a total delight and couldn't have been more helpful. The house itself is fabulously comfortable and has been set up as a real home from home."
The review adds: "We were a little worried that 'logistics' getting too and from the island would be an issue but it was all very relaxed and the boat trips back and forth were actually a highlight! We took two dogs and they were also made to feel extremely welcome and it was such a treat being able to let them roam free on the island. Couldn't recommend this place more."
