The Steam Summer Sale 2026 officially begins on June 25 at 6pm BST, offering two weeks of discounts on thousands of games. Early deals are already live, including savings on major titles like Horizon Forbidden West and Starfield.
Start Time and Dates
This year's Steam Summer Sale launches on June 25 at 6pm BST (10am PT / 1pm ET / 7pm CET). The sale runs until July 9 at the same time, giving players plenty of opportunity to save on their wishlist titles. It is the last major sale before the Steam Autumn Sale in October.
Early Discounts Available Now
Valve has already activated some early discounts. Notable deals include the Horizon franchise: Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition is down to £26.99, and Horizon Forbidden West is priced at £24.99. Starfield standard edition is reduced to £35.99. Other bargains include Mouse P.I For Hire at £19.99 and the acclaimed Blasphemous for just £1.99.
What to Expect
As in previous years, Valve is expected to release a trailer highlighting featured discounts. The sale coincides with the announcement of Steam Machine prices and GTA 6 pre-orders, making it a key moment for gamers to build their libraries. According to Liam Martin, Gaming Editor, the sale is an opportunity to save on both AAA hits and indie gems.
