Shark, renowned for its vacuum cleaners, has launched a new product that blows rather than sucks. The Shark blastboss is a handheld blower that uses gusts of up to 190mph to clear away mess. Cordless and compact, it costs £129.99 and comes in several pastel colours, including strawberry pink.
What is the Shark blastboss?
Essentially a miniature leaf blower with a broom attachment, the blastboss is designed for blasting dirt from patios, cars, and even indoors. Shark describes it as an 'indoor-outdoor air blasting system', bridging the gap between bulky garden blowers and compressed air cans for cleaning keyboards.
Key Features
The battery-powered unit features a variable-speed trigger that can reach 190mph, comparable to the top speed of a Porsche Cayenne Turbo GT. To prevent mishaps, it comes with interchangeable attachments:
- Blastbroom: A sweeping brush with directed airflow to lift and launch debris in one pass, ideal for garage floors or wet leaves.
- Extension wand: For reaching under sofas.
- Precision nozzle: Concentrates airflow for high-powered dusting, such as cleaning keyboard crumbs or car vents.
