OnlyFans model Kamryn Renae was rescued after falling ill during an attempt to summit Mount Whitney, the tallest mountain in the contiguous United States. Renae, who is documenting her Pacific Crest Trail journey from Mexico to Canada, shared her Mount Whitney attempt with her 183,000 Instagram followers in a vlog posted on May 23.
The Incident
Despite starting the hike feeling well, Renae, who admitted to having limited mountain-climbing experience, began to feel sick and decided to camp two miles from the summit. Her condition worsened, leading to vomiting, and she was stranded until a group of fellow hikers helped her descend the mountain the following day.
Rescue and Recovery
Renae was subsequently airlifted to a hospital for treatment, attributing her illness to a contaminated water source encountered during her trek. The influencer, who goes by Kamryn Renae on social media, has been sharing her journey of hiking from Mexico to Canada on the Pacific Crest Trail.
