Manhattan has announced its first-ever Freely set-top box, the Aero 4K TV Streamer, set to launch in February 2026. The device provides access to 60 live TV channels and over 75,000 hours of on-demand content without a monthly subscription, delivered over Wi-Fi with no need for an aerial or satellite dish.
Freely, backed by the team behind Freeview, offers free streaming of popular TV shows, sport and movies. Until recently, viewers needed a TV with Freely built-in, but the Aero box brings the service to existing televisions. It runs on TiVo OS, giving access to Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, YouTube, and TiVo+ with around 400 free streaming channels.
The Aero supports 4K picture quality and voice search, but does not offer recording to a hard drive. Alex Arbab-Zadeh, COO of Manhattan, said: “Freely is a brilliant new platform that delivers great British telly over broadband with no monthly bills – but many TVs don’t have it built in. Aero fixes that.”
Priced at £69.99, the Manhattan Aero 4K TV Streamer will be available from Currys, John Lewis and Amazon from February 2026.
