Apple fans can get a set of the new AirPods 5 for free when they upgrade to the latest iPhone 18 in a retailer's giveaway. Mobiles.co.uk, a Currys-backed site, is offering the earbuds, which typically retail at £119, free with selected 24-month contracts on both iPhone 18 Pro models.

The iPhone 18 Pro costs £56.99 per month on iD Mobile's 100GB tariff, with a £169 upfront payment. The iPhone 18 Pro Max is available for £60.99 per month plus £169 upfront. Each device also comes with a 20W USB-C power adapter and up to £480 off when trading in an eligible handset.
Customers should note that bills will increase at least twice during the 24-month contract, with the £56.99 plan rising to £58.79 from April 2027 and £60.59 from April 2028. Mobiles.co.uk has not set an end date for the free AirPods deal, stating it is available 'while stocks last'.
