EA Sports FC 26 players can look forward to the unofficial World Cup mode, titled 'World's Game', which was added in a recent end-of-season update. The mode will become playable at 6pm BST on June 4.
To access the new content, players need to download and install the latest update. Once live, the mode features 53 officially-licensed international teams, including 41 that qualified for the actual World Cup. Notable teams include England, Spain, Portugal, Brazil, Argentina, Belgium, Ghana, and Scotland, alongside non-qualifiers such as Wales, Republic of Ireland, Italy, and Northern Ireland.
The mode allows players to create custom tournaments and storylines, which will be played in new stadiums like Gillette Stadium and BMO Field. Additionally, playing between June 5 and July 24 unlocks the 93 OVR Festival of Football ICON Pelé and three Choose Your Journey Evolutions.
