Argos has launched a deal on the Nintendo Switch 2 that brings the console to its lowest ever price. The UK retailer is offering the portable console for £354.99, down from £419.99 at Nintendo's own store. The discount also beats Currys, which sells it for £389, and John Lewis, which matches Nintendo's £419.99 price.

The low price has caught the attention of gamers, with Argos confirming that the deal is currently its number 1 best seller. Amazon is also stocking the Switch 2 at the same £354.99 price, giving shoppers a choice of stores.
What's included in the deal
The deal covers the Switch 2 console only, with games sold separately. The console features a 7.9-inch 120fps screen, upgraded Joy-Con 2 controllers with mouse function, and a GameChat button for online voice chats with friends. It supports group chats for up to 12 players, real-time screen sharing, and video chat via a compatible USB camera.
The Switch 2 comes with 256GB of internal storage, can play games in 4K when docked to a TV, and lasts over three hours on a single charge. Several games are exclusive to the console, including Donkey Kong Bananza, Mario Kart World, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, and the upcoming Beyond the Dark: Nightwatch, which launches next month.
