Flip Out, the UK's largest indoor adventure park operator, has announced a new venue in Livingston, West Lothian, set to open this summer. The 20,000 sq ft facility, located at Livingston Designer Outlet, will feature trampolines, Ninja Tag, inflatables, soft play, a roller rink, arcade games, party rooms, and an on-site diner.
Expansion Across the UK
Originally founded in Australia, Flip Out now operates in nine countries and has become the biggest operator in the UK. The Livingston venue will be its 33rd nationwide and the second in Scotland, following a successful 63,000 sq ft site in Rutherglen, Glasgow, which opened in 2017.
Activities for All Ages
The new park will offer a range of high-energy activities suitable for all age groups. Families can enjoy trampolines, Ninja Tag, inflatables, soft play, a roller rink, arcade games, and party rooms. An on-site diner will provide refreshments for those looking to refuel after burning off energy.
While the official opening date has not yet been confirmed, the company has promised further details and launch events soon. The venue is also expected to create jobs for the local area.

Part of a Growing Leisure Destination
The Flip Out announcement is the latest in a series of new openings at Livingston Designer Outlet, which boasts over 80 shops, restaurants, and cafes, along with a Cineworld. It is currently the largest designer outlet in Scotland. Earlier this week, luxury jeweller Chapelle's opened its first Scottish outlet at the centre, offering designer timepieces and jewellery from brands like Armani, Guess, and Links of London.
Flip Out will join another family attraction, Aerial Adventures, located in the adjoining shopping venue The Centre. Aerial Adventures features a 12-metre vertical obstacle course with cargo nets, rope ladders, and glass panels, offering thrill-seekers a unique view of the shopping venue from above.
