Tesco has unveiled its full Christmas 2026 food range, with more than 600 festive products hitting stores from September, 200 of them brand new.
The supermarket says the range is designed to "help customers create magical, delicious moments all season long, with great quality products and innovative new flavours, whatever the budget".
New centrepiece mains and party food
While turkey remains the most popular meat for Christmas Day, alternatives have surged in recent years. New mains include the Tesco Finest Slow Cooked King Arthur Beef Joint and Tesco Finest Salt-Aged Pork Loin Joint with Pork, Sage & Bramley Apple Stuffing.
Among the new side dishes is the Tesco Finest Nduja Pigs in Blanket with Hot Honey sauce, combining spicy cured pork sausage with hot honey. Wrapped in oak smoked bacon with a hot honey sauce accompaniment, the sausages are described as a sweet and spicy festive side.
Other new party food options include the Finest Pan-Fried Tri Coloured Prawn Gyoza with Ponzu Dip and Finest Sweet Potato Tikka Baonuts - Bao-style doughnut bites filled with spiced sweet potato, pumpkin and cauliflower, finished with a crisp crumb.
Sweet treats and desserts
New desserts for 2026 include the Finest Belgian Chocolate & Caramel Molten Pudding, described as a rich Belgian chocolate pudding with a melt-in-the-middle chocolate centre, finished at home with smooth caramel and bronze-dusted milk chocolate honeycomb pieces.
Also new are the Finest Belgian Chocolate & Berry Délice and Finest Black Forest Highwall Cheesecake. Amaretto flavoured mince pies and panettone are aimed at adults, while new mini boxed panettones - in classic, tiramisu and chocolate chip flavours - are positioned as a gift or a treat for smaller households.
The Christmas Pudding Chocolate Cake is aimed at children and those who do not like traditional Christmas pudding. For coeliacs, the Tesco Finest Free From Caramelised White Chocolate & Speculoos Cake is described as a "gluten-free chocolate sponge with caramelised biscuit buttercream and white chocolate ganache".
Returning puddings include the Tesco Finest Sticky Toffee Pudding Stars and the Finest White Chocolate & Red Velvet Yule Log. Tesco has also launched new retro Christmas tree baubles this year.
