The SmartAir Glow Heat Electric Heater, praised by shoppers for its compact size and flame-effect display, is now available for £36 on Yimbly after its price was cut from £49.99 to £39.99 and a further discount applied with the code AUTUMN10 at checkout.
The heater is designed to warm a room in minutes, with adjustable heat and fan controls, and its flame-effect display adds a cosy feel to living spaces. It is available in black or white and features a carry handle, a temperature dial, two fan speeds, and four adjustable light levels for the fireplace-style display.
Deal Compared with Other Retailers
The Yimbly price of £36 undercuts Amazon, where the same heater is also on offer for £39.99, as well as B&Q. However, Yimbly shoppers need to spend £50 or more to qualify for free delivery.
Similar products are available elsewhere. Dunelm sells the Chiminea Style Flame Effect Heater for £100, offered in a new olive green colour alongside black and white options with wood-effect detailing. Its flame-effect display can be used with or without heat. Argos also stocks the HOMCOM Freestanding Electric Fireplace for £45.99 in black or white, which has a rotatable head and a coverage area of 10-15 m².
Shopper Reviews Highlight Pros and Cons
One five-star review on Yimbly said: "It looks good, very compact and portable with lovely attractive flame effect which makes you feel warm and cosy. Ideal to move around the house to warm up any cold space where needed."
Another customer wrote: "Small but effective heater that gives out a decent temperature. I haven't had it on for long periods due to the fan, which although not too loud is distracting if I'm reading or relaxing. Good value for the price in my opinion."
Some buyers flagged the noise level. One complained: "It's not silent at all and really quite intrusive. Not suitable for bedrooms or study - you couldn't relax with that whirring away in the background!"

The heater has more than 30 reviews on Amazon, where one customer said: "Nice little heater with pretty flame effect. Lightweight, safe and gives out an impressive amount of heat for average size rooms."
Another wrote: "Wow this small heater really packs a punch! I haven't used the smart aspect of the heater yet but it instantly warms up a cold room. It looks really aesthetic too."
