Post Office launches 'Home of Parcels' campaign to boost parcel services
Post Office launches 'Home of Parcels' campaign

The Post Office is putting its parcel services centre stage with a new UK-wide campaign, created by Bray Leino, aiming to become the nation's go-to destination for sending parcels. The campaign, titled “The Home of Parcels,” brings a straightforward message to the busy run-up to Christmas: the Post Office uniquely offers a choice of couriers in one place, with the expertise to help people get their parcels on their way.

Simplifying parcel sending

Sending parcels has become complicated, and the creative centres on how the Post Office's multiple courier offering frees people from getting tangled up in the choice or needing to trek to multiple locations to drop off parcels. Instead, they can drop them all in one place at their local Post Office.

The campaign targets people sending parcels to friends and family, while also seeking to build greater relevance among marketplace sellers. The hero film follows the simple journey of a person dropping multiple parcels at her local Post Office. While other people she passes are tangled up with their own parcel sending worries, the lead character glides past them all to simply and quickly hand all her parcels over the counter.

Campaign details and partners

With media running from October 2026 to March 2027, the campaign combines activity to build awareness with performance media intended to turn consideration into parcel sends. Fellow Mission Group agency Speed Communications is delivering a creative PR campaign aligned to the advertising, championing the Post Office as 'The Home of Parcels' and the place to support every sender and every parcel. Media agency Carat is responsible for media strategy and buying.

Vicki Saunders, managing director at Bray Leino, said: “Briefs like this don't come around very often so this was an exciting one! This work is all about reasserting Post Office's position as today's only 'Home of Parcels' by increasing awareness of their multi-courier services. Creatively, the 'Home of Parcels' dramatises how their simple and complete parcels service frees people from being stuck in the complexity of where, when and how to drop off multiple parcels. Distinctive and ownable, this creative forms one of a new series of campaigns redefining the role of today's Post Office.”

Reactions from Post Office leaders

Amber Kirby, marketing and digital director at Post Office, said: “Post Office has always been the Home of Parcels, but not everybody knows that you get a real choice of couriers to send, collect and return with. It certainly is a case of one place, beats all over the place.”

Ashah Nadeem, postmaster at Chadderton Post Office, Oldham, Lancashire, said: “I'm really excited about this campaign because it highlights one of the Post Office's biggest strengths and something many customers are still pleasantly surprised to discover. Whether you're sending a birthday gift, returning an online purchase or posting presents to loved ones at Christmas, the Post Office gives you a choice of couriers all in one place, making it easy to find the option that works best for you.”
