The Oodie UK, best known for its oversized wearable blankets, has expanded into summer loungewear with a new Summer Capsule Collection. Titled 'From Where I’d Rather Be', the range is inspired by European destinations such as Greece and Paris, aiming to bring a relaxed holiday feel into everyday life.
The collection includes lightweight Sleep Tees, Summer Robes and Cooling Blankets, all designed with breathable fabrics and playful prints. The Greece-inspired line features Mediterranean-style blueprints on items like the Santorini Sleep Tee, Tile Summer Robe and matching Cooling Blanket. The Paris-inspired capsule offers softer, chic designs including the Paris Sleep Tee, Paisley Summer Robe and Paisley Cooling Blanket.
At the heart of the collection are the oversized Sleep Tees, made from a 95% bamboo and 5% spandex blend. The company claims the material is 30% more breathable than standard cotton jersey pyjamas. The tees feature an oversized fit, stretchy fabric and practical side pockets, with no irritating zips or buttons.
The Summer Robes are a new addition to the Oodie family, featuring textured fabrics, adjustable waist ties and functional pockets. Designed for layering in hot weather, they are suitable for slow mornings, beach holidays or weekends away. The cooling blankets, made from a nylon and elastane blend, claim to keep sleepers 2–5°C cooler than their skin temperature, with a Qmax score of 0.32.
