Nestlé has launched a new chocolate range in the UK that merges two of its most iconic brands: Milkybar and Aero. The new Aero Milkybar range includes classic bubbles and bars, combining Milkybar's white chocolate (first introduced in 1936) with Aero's bubbly texture (launched in 1935).
Availability and Pricing
The products are now available at supermarkets including Sainsbury's, Iceland, and Home Bargains. At Iceland, a multipack of four Aero Milkybar bars (108g) costs £1.50, as does a 92g bubbles bag. At Sainsbury's, a 145g sharing bar is priced at £2.50, though it is currently listed as out of stock online. The range previously proved successful in Australia before its UK launch.
Marketing and Fan Reactions
Rachel Beaufoy, Nestlé Confectionery Marketing Manager, said: 'We're very excited to see fan reactions to the team-up of two of our classic brands. The iconic Milkybar white chocolate combined with the signature Aero bubbles is a duo we know fans will love.'
On Instagram, @vicky_phillips86 commented: 'This best get in my belly.' @amyandelsierose called it 'incredible,' while @frukgram said it 'could be a game-changer.' @ciara_tatum shared: 'They're unreal! More chewy in texture than a Malteser!'
Mixed Reviews on Texture
Some consumers were less impressed. Philip Broadway noted: 'I had the bag, it's like golden Graham's coated in a thin layer of not great tasting white chocolate. I'll have to try the bar, though, just in case.' Steven Saunders added: 'The bubbles are pretty nice, I think, the only problem with them for me is that they're not really bubbly like an Aero, it's quite chalky inside and not much air at all.' Katie Louise Scott said: 'The bubbles don't have a taste.'
Other Aero Collaborations in 2026
This is not Aero's first collaboration this year. In April, the brand teamed up with The Devil Wears Prada 2 for a new pistachio flavour. In February, Aero introduced Caramel Flavour Bubbles.
