Marks and Spencer has halved the price of its Apothecary Heroes Gift Set from £60 to £30, just in time for Black Friday and Christmas shopping. The set, which contains seven full-size bath and body products, has been praised by shoppers as 'good value for money' and 'perfect as a gift'.
The Apothecary range includes scents from the Calm, Sleep, Restore, and Balance collections. Inside the reusable woven tote bag are a Revitalise body wash, Restore hand wash, Restore hand and body lotion, Warmth hand cream, Sleep pillow mist, Sleep mini diffuser, and a Calm candle.
The body wash features petitgrain, lemon, mandarin, and eucalyptus, while the hand wash and body lotion contain geranium, cedar wood, eucalyptus, and lavender. The hand cream includes cardamom, cinnamon leaf, cedar wood, and sandalwood.
Online reviews have been overwhelmingly positive, with an average rating of five stars. One shopper, Ewarty, said: 'Really good selection of beauty products that will appeal to all ages. Lovely packaging in a quality basket that can be reused very easily.' Another, Bubbles, added: 'Wow! What an incredibly good value this gorgeous set is!'
However, some customers noted issues with the bag handles. Cherry wrote in a four-star review: 'Good value but bag handles are flimsy... they were also terribly misshapen after being pushed to the bottom of the package.'
