M&S has unveiled its Christmas TV advert for 2026, featuring James Norton and Lucy Punch, alongside the launch of its new 'Home at Christmas' campaign.
The high street retailer brought together food, fashion, home and beauty in one campaign for the first time since 2017. The advert includes a special appearance and recorded soundtrack from Katherine Jenkins OBE, who reimagines Heaven Is a Place on Earth as the season's soundtrack.
Santa's Christmas Adventure
The campaign shows Santa leaving the North Pole after encouragement from Mrs Claus, played by Lucy Punch. James Norton stars as an incognito Santa. The story follows Santa experiencing Christmas from a different perspective, visiting moments like getting dressed up, gathering around a table of food, choosing gifts, and transforming the home.
The message is that M&S is there for every festive moment, from pyjamas – Lucy's striped pair are £35 – to party food, sparkly dresses, gifting and turkey centrepieces. One in three Christmas turkeys sold in the UK come from M&S, while the retailer sells around three mince pies every second.
Ordering M&S Christmas Food
To secure a preferred collection slot at a local store, customers should book as early as possible. After paying a £50 deposit, shoppers can browse the selection and build their Christmas feast. Between 22 and 24 December, orders can be collected and the remaining balance paid.
M&S offers 25 starter options, including the Build by Numbers Charcuterie & Antipasti Grazing Platter, the Ultimate Luxury Shellfish Platter, Brie en Croûte, and a British 32 Piece Garnish Selection.
Mains, Sides and Turkeys
For main courses, M&S offers beef, outdoor-bred pork, or slow-roasted lamb, along with dishes like British Beef Wellington and lobster tails with langoustine and garlic butter. Sides include Goose Fat Roasting Potatoes, British Baby Parsnips, and Bubble & Squeak Vegetable Stacks.
Turkeys include Free Range options serving up to 10 guests, or turkey crowns serving up to 14. For plant-based diners, M&S offers a nut roast, no turkey crown, or wellington, with vegetarian and vegan sides available.
Desserts and Cheeseboards
Dessert options include a 12 Month Matured Christmas Pudding and a Best Ever Yule Log. For those who prefer savoury endings, the British Cheeseboard Selection is available.
