Morrisons shoppers are flocking to stores after the supermarket launched new Mr Kipling Birthday Cake Slices. The treat features light sponge cake with a layer of plum and raspberry jam, topped with fondant icing and colourful sprinkles.
Priced at £3 for a pack of eight, the cakes are made with 100% natural flavours, no hydrogenated fat, and no artificial colours. Mr Kipling describes them as 'exceedingly good' and perfect for everyday treats or special occasions.
Shoppers have expressed excitement on social media, with one commenting: 'Gosh, I need to try these,' and another adding: 'We need these immediately.' The cakes were spotted by the New Foods UK page, which also highlighted new M&S salads including Nacho Cheese and Buffalo Slaw.
