Morrisons is treating its More Card customers to some World Cup fun as it launches its very own sweepstake game, with prizes of up to £1,000 up for grabs. The British retailer is taking advantage of World Cup fever by offering customers who use the More Card app a chance to win exciting rewards.
How the Game Works
The game is free to use through the More Card app. When customers decide to play, they are assigned a team and rewarded with instant prizes whenever their team wins and does not get knocked out. There are a variety of rewards available, with the top prize being the one million More Points jackpot, which translates to approximately £1,000 to spend while shopping at Morrisons.
Customers simply need to download the More Card app and reveal their match team before the June 24 deadline. The game launched on June 8, giving Morrisons More Card users a few weeks to get a team and be in with a chance to win prizes.
Additional Match-Day Deals
Morrisons will also roll out wider match-day deals for all shoppers and non-app users to celebrate when England and Scotland are playing. This ensures that everyone can join in the World Cup excitement.
Prizes Throughout the Tournament
As well as the grand prize for those whose team wins the entire World Cup, several prizes will be given out throughout the tournament. These include Morrisons bakery cookies, ice cream, fresh fruit, and money-off vouchers.

This interactive More Card app game allows our customers to enjoy the football with some added rewards, from delicious bakery treats to ice creams and money off vouchers and millions of More Points. We’re encouraging everyone to sign up now and reveal their team ahead of kick-off. Good luck to all who take part!"
