Meghan's UK yoga plan rejected by 96% in poll

A new Daily Express poll has revealed that 96% of readers do not support Meghan Markle setting up a yoga business in the UK. The Duchess of Sussex relocated back to Britain in August with Prince Harry, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, and has reportedly been considering new UK-based business opportunities.

Reports of a yoga venture

While the Duchess continues to work on her As Ever brand, a source claimed earlier this month that she is also considering new UK-based business opportunities, including a possible yoga business inspired by her own love of yoga.

A source told RadarOnline: "Yoga has been part of Meghan's life for years, so this isn't about suddenly attaching herself to something fashionable. She genuinely loves it and understands the physical and mental benefits."

"She thinks a yoga business under her branding could be great in the UK. There is an enormous wellness market here, and she believes there is room to create something that feels premium but also welcoming and accessible."

Poll results

The poll asked Daily Express readers: "Should Meghan Markle set up a yoga business in the UK?" A total of 96% voted no, 3% said yes, and 1% said they don't know. The poll launched just after 9.40 am on October 5 and ran until 4.30 pm on October 13.

One reader commented: "There are plenty of yoga classes, courses, groups, and online sessions available already; she wouldn't be offering anything new. And if the prices were as ridiculous as everything else she charges, I can't see many people being able to afford it."

Another wrote: "Her business acumen has shone through her other endeavours - in NO way whatsoever."

Other business moves

Setting up a yoga business does not seem to be the only business move on Meghan's radar, as The Sun recently reported that the Duchess is reportedly considering bringing her As Ever products to UK customers. According to reports, UK customers may be able to buy her £11 tins of tea and £50 scented candles here in Britain. Other items that could be sold include the As Ever £15 limited edition bookmark. Meghan has not officially confirmed this.

The Daily Express has contacted a representative for the Duchess for a comment.
