McDonald's UK brings back Snack Wrap after 10-year absence

McDonald's UK has confirmed that the Snack Wrap will return to its menu from 11am on Tuesday, October 6, 2026. The item was a staple on the chain's UK menu between 2006 and 2016, and its comeback follows the revival of the McRib in 2024.

New recipe and price

The 2026 version of the Snack Wrap differs from the original: it no longer contains cheese and now comes with a black pepper mayo. It will be priced at £1.99 as part of the Saver Menu.

Customers can also double up as part of Meal Deal Plus, which includes a main, medium fries, a bonus side and a medium drink for £5.95. The Snack Wrap will be available as both a main and a bonus side in that deal.

Other limited-time offerings

The return comes just days after McDonald's launched World Heist 2.0, a limited-time menu featuring items from McDonald's in Germany, Canada, India, Australia, China and the Netherlands. Highlights include the Big Rösti from Germany, the Maple & Cheddar Chicken from Canada, and Paprika McShaker Fries from the Netherlands, plus new drinks and desserts.

All World Heist 2.0 items are available for a limited time only.
