Manchester Arndale is preparing to welcome Lucky Gyros, an independent Greek street food brand, to its Food Court in August 2026. The opening marks the brand's first permanent location, having previously operated at festivals such as Parklife and Sounds of the City.
Menu and Offerings
The menu will feature signature gyros with soft corn pitta filled with marinated meats or vegan alternatives, topped with lettuce, tomato, red onion, tzatziki, and fries. Additionally, Lucky Gyros will offer loaded gyros-inspired platters, salad boxes, rice bowls, and sides including classic seasoned fries, Greek Fries with tzatziki, feta, and pomegranate seeds, and hummus with pitta.
Founder Michael Jebelli said: “We’re so excited to be opening our very first Lucky Gyros site at Manchester Arndale Food Court. We’re really proud to be flying the flag for independents, delivering quality, tasty food at a comfortable price point. This is just the beginning for Lucky Gyros, and we can’t wait to see the brand continue to grow.”

Recent Openings at Arndale
Other recent additions to the centre include American fast food chain Wingstop, which opened its fourth Manchester location in a 5,928 sq ft unit on a five-year lease. The 147-cover restaurant serves wings, tenders, burgers, and sides with flavours such as Hickory Smoked BBQ, Hawaiian, and Lemon Pepper.
