Premium furniture seller LOFT is hosting a closing down sale at its outlet on Bennett Street in Ardwick, with prices reduced by 50–70% below RRP. The unit is set to cease trading on September 30 as the brand consolidates its business and moves operations to a new 45,000 square foot headquarters in Trafford Park.
Everything must go before relocation
Every remaining piece — from sofas, beds, dining sets, armchairs and home accessories — must be cleared before the move. The stock comes from surplus from completed developments, end-of-line pieces, samples and lines being retired as new ranges are introduced.

Unlike a typical closing-down sale, the stock is not old or unwanted. It includes premium project overstock left after a scheme completes, end-of-line pieces as ranges are refreshed, and discontinued lines making way for new collections.

Examples of the discounts include the Oakes Oak Scandi bedframe, reduced from £1440 to £600 (a 58% saving), and the Cassidy Mid-Century Side Table, down from £150 to £60. The Hamlin Grey Chest with Walnut Leg is reduced from £480 to £120, the Barrington Sideboard from £600 to £234, and the Belly 2 Seater Sofa from £1500 to £750.
