Lidl is launching a new range of homeware items this weekend as part of its next batch of Special Buy deals. From Sunday, September 27, shoppers can purchase items including rugs, lamps, blankets, bedding, and side tables.
Lidl's £19.99 Livarno Side Table
One piece of furniture arriving in a few days is the Lidl £19.99 Livarno Side Table. The item features a "modern" cylindrical design that combines industrial and natural textures. The barrel-style table measures 39cm wide and 37cm tall. It also boasts a '2-in-1' element, as it can also be used to store items.
In the product description, Lidl says the table has a "modern design with a natural wood effect". The top has a natural wood-effect surface made from 100% FSC-certified wood and finished with an "easy-care" melamine resin coating.
The wooden top serves as a lid that lifts open to reveal an internal 28-litre storage volume, ideal for tucking away blankets, books, or accessories. The lower body consists of a sturdy, open-slat powder-coated steel frame that offers a geometric silhouette.
Comparison with Homebase's £75 Birlea Axel Table
The £19.99 side table shares similar features to Homebase's £75 Birlea Axel Fluted Brown Side Table. The DIY store describes its version as having a "blend of modern sophistication and timeless elegance".
