As autumn sets in, many home cooks turn to hearty stews, casseroles and roasts. For those in need of suitable cookware, Le Creuset's cast iron casserole dish is currently reduced by £100 in a one-day sale at QVC.
The 25cm dish, available in several colours including the signature Volcanic orange, teal, white, green and grey, is priced at £144.96, down from £245. The offer runs for Friday 27 September only.
For those who miss the QVC deal, Amazon is also selling the casserole dish at a discounted price, reduced from £295 to £206.25, a saving of just under £90. Customers can choose from 13 colours and sizes ranging from 25cm to 40cm. The Le Creuset website offers a 30% discount on orders over £450.
The casserole dish is suitable for use on hobs, induction stoves, in the oven and under the grill. It is also dishwasher and freezer safe.
