Juul Labs UK has announced the release of a new Juul2 starter kit, featuring an upgraded USB-C device, longer battery life, reduced packaging and four flavoured pods aimed at helping adult smokers transition away from cigarettes.
New kit contents and flavours
The new Juul2 Starter Kit includes one Juul2 Device and a USB-C Charging Cable, while continuing to benefit from a 2-year limited warranty. It now includes four different flavoured pods, compared to the previous two-pack version: Crisp Menthol, Virginia Tobacco, Mango and Watermelon.
The starter kit is designed to help adult smokers transition away from cigarettes, offering a selection to help smokers establish which flavour works best for them. To support this goal, the new four-pod Juul2 Starter Kit is priced at the same £9.99 RRP as the previous two-pack version.
Design and sustainability features
Other features of the new Juul2 Starter Kit include a revamped design. In addition to the two new fruit-flavoured pods, the kit includes an improved device with longer battery life, rechargeable through a USB-C charging cable and port instead of the old USB charging dock system.
Aligned with Juul Labs’ sustainability commitments, the packaging has been redesigned as a book-style single component to minimise waste. JUUL pods can be recycled for free through Juul Labs’ partnership with TerraCycle.
Rollout and pricing
The new starter kit will be rolled out across the UK from October, retaining the £9.99 RRP.
