John Lewis shoppers are snapping up a pair of linen culottes that have been described as "so comfortable" and praised for their "rarely seen quality" after the price was cut from £59 to £35.
The wide-leg trousers, a "bestseller" on the retailer's website, have been reduced by £24 as part of a clearance sale. At the time of writing, 19 people had bought a pair in the previous 24 hours.
Designed for unpredictable summer weather
Made from 100% linen, the culottes are light, breathable and naturally cooling, making them suitable for warmer days. The soft, textured finish and clean, wide-leg shape create a flattering, polished look. They feature handy pockets and neat pressed creases, offering a mix of comfort, style and everyday wear.
The culottes are currently available in two colours: navy and burgundy. All sizes from 8 to 20 are still in stock, but shoppers are warned to act fast as the items are on "reduced to clear," meaning no more stock will be available later on.
