Greggs Free Breakfast for Scotland Fans Thursday Morning

Greggs is offering Scottish football fans a free breakfast roll on Thursday morning, with the promotion running until 11:00 AM. The bakery chain is giving away over 10,000 breakfast rolls to reward the Tartan Army's fan passion during the World Cup.

How to Claim the Free Breakfast

To claim the offer, fans must visit any Greggs shop in Scotland wearing Scottish football fan attire, such as vintage shirts, matchday gear, or full Tartan Army colours including flags, kilts, and bagpipes. The offer is limited to the first 35 customers per shop.

Fans can choose a single filling breakfast roll with bacon, sausage, Lorne sausage, or omelette, completely free of charge.

Roisin Currie, CEO of Greggs and a proud Scot, said: "The Tartan Army has waited a generation for this moment, and the legendary celebrations from Boston to Miami have the whole world talking. To reward Scotland's unbelievable fan passion, Greggs wanted to step in and help with the ultimate post-match fuel. Don your best matchday gear, get to Greggs early, and breakfast is on us."

Scotland's World Cup Match

Scotland faces Brazil on Wednesday evening in a crucial World Cup group stage match. A win would see Scotland progress beyond the group stage for the first time, while a draw would all but guarantee progression. Scotland could even qualify with a loss, depending on goal difference.

The Tartan Army has gathered in thousands in Florida ahead of the match against the five-time World Cup winners.
