The Great British Food Festival returns to Margam Country Park in Port Talbot this bank holiday weekend, running from Friday, August 29 through to Sunday, August 31. The three-day event promises culinary delights, beverages and celebrations, making it an ideal family outing.
What to expect at the festival
Visitors can explore the fairytale village and gothic castle while enjoying chef demonstrations, street food and live musical performances. A dedicated children's stage, foraging excursions and numerous masterclasses will also be available, ensuring something for everyone.
Food vendors and cuisines
The food vendors will offer cuisines from across the world, including Chinese, Persian, Italian and Indian. The hot food lineup includes Kookoo Persian, Wok Man/Little China, Harry's Hog Roast, Cheesed Off, Fabios Street Food - Pizza, Simply Vegan, Salt and Pepper, Little Rasoi - Indian, Braza Steak, Bungrill Mafia and Feast Pembrokeshire.
Dessert options include Purbeck Ice Cream, Rogali France - Churros, Rheinland Catering, Crumble Express, Strawberry Hut, Tony's Ice Cream - Mr Whippy and Gilly's Coffee and Cake.
Traders and family activities
More than 60 traders will be present, offering items such as pottery, Indian chutneys, baklava, rum, Welsh spirits, cheese, biltong, confectionery, wood crafts and pet products. A woof zone will provide activities for dogs.
The festival is set to provide a full weekend of entertainment and gastronomy across the country estate.
