Retailer margins and strategy
Ben McKechnie, managing director at Epicurium, said: "While our year-round focus at Epicurium remains healthier snacking, at Christmas the space for this category naturally shrinks in stores as retailers focus on meeting customer demand for sweets, boxed chocolates and confectionery gifts."
He added: "We challenged our team to create a seasonal gifting range that is distinctively 'Epicurium'. We're offering a curated core of proven strong sellers from premium brand partners that will help retailers drive higher margins."
