Côte Brasserie has launched Côte Uncorked, an online wine shop exclusively featuring French wines. The platform offers over 200 handpicked bottles from renowned regions including Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne, Chablis and Provence, available for nationwide home delivery.
The restaurant group also introduced its first house wine, Côte Cuvée, which will be rolled out across its 69 brasseries. The initial release includes three wines: a red, white and rosé, all crafted in small batches to complement Côte's menu.
Côte Uncorked follows the success of Côte At Home, a premium home delivery service featuring dishes designed by former Gordon Ramsay executive chef Steve Allen. The launch responds to rising UK consumer demand for French wines with provenance and regional identity.
The Cuvée White (2025) is a crisp blend of Vermentino and Grenache Blanc grapes, described as 'seafood's soulmate'. The Cuvée Rosé (2025) uses Grenache Noir for vibrant strawberry, lemon and cherry notes. The Cuvée Red (2025) is a silky, fruity red also made from Grenache Noir, ideal with steaks and pork.
Côte Uncorked also offers curated selection cases: the Discovery Six (£70) for beginners, the Sommelier's Selection (white £110, red £120), and the French Fizz Case (£210) for celebrations.
