Coleen Rooney has signed a multi-million pound deal with Primark, becoming the new face of the affordable fashion retailer. The 39-year-old media personality, who finished as runner-up on I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! in 2024, was inundated with offers after the show.
A source told The Sun that Rooney is proud to be a working mum and wanted to keep things affordable for her fans. The source added: “She didn’t just sign for the cash, it was because she felt aligned with Primark’s values.” The collection has an athleisure feel and is designed for working mums, described as stylish yet practical.
Rooney reportedly worked closely with Primark on the entire collection, which the retailer believes will sell quickly. The source noted: “Coleen is a perfectionist and throws herself into every project she gets involved in.”
Meanwhile, Rooney took home mementos from the jungle, including gold stars, a rubber duck, and her hat, which she displays in her Cheshire mansion. Her husband Wayne Rooney revealed on ITV's Good Morning Britain that she enjoyed her time on the show and passed on tips to other contestants, such as emptying water bottles before trials to get fresh water.
When asked if he would appear on I'm A Celebrity, Wayne said: “You never know. At the minute, I wouldn’t say I would.”
