Menu and expansion plans

While Chilo's is best known for its burgers, the menu also includes wraps, rice boxes, loaded fries, grilled and fried chicken, and a range of desserts. The Scottish brand currently operates 14 outlets across the country, with as many as 15 more takeaways in the pipeline.

The Kilmarnock takeaway opens at the site of one of the town's most famous former chippies, The Plaice to Be, which closed in 2023.
