Cheat Daze, the dessert brand that has already taken Leeds, Birmingham and Liverpool by storm, is opening its latest bar in Newcastle city centre this Friday, October 2. The new venue is located under one of the arches on Forth Street, round the back of Central Station.
Expanding dessert empire
With 14 stores and counting, Cheat Daze is rapidly becoming one of the most sought-after dessert franchises in the UK, with its dishes now popping up on many an Instagram grid and TikTok page. The brand has already been a big hit in locations including Salford, Bradford and Blackburn and is now coming for Newcastle.
The menu is a dessert lover's dream, featuring a vast variety of flavours of the sought-after sweet sensation waffle balls, including mallow mountain, biscoff and Oreo crumble. These sit alongside brownies like triple chocolate, berry heaven and Kinder, cheesecakes such as the OG, Kinder Heaven and Choc Lover, crunch cakes and loads of different ice cream sundaes.
Drinks and launch day
There is also a full Kunafa range, and the drinks side is not neglected either, with a strong line-up of canned machas and coolers and dirty sodas, which fans of Disney+ smash hit series The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives will definitely want to try. Options include Sour Candy, Dirty Cola and Green Goblin.
Launch day is set to be one to remember, with the brand going all out to make sure the opening is a memorable occasion for dessert fans in the North East.
