Cat Deeley and Patrick Kielty are transforming their £5 million London fixer-upper into a Beverly Hills-style mansion, complete with solar panels, skylights, and a sprawling back garden. The couple purchased the derelict property in 2022 and secured planning permission a year later to overhaul it.
The five-bedroom home, which boasts neighbours including Lewis Capaldi and Harry Styles, is now taking shape. Bird's-eye views show a first-floor terrace under construction, set to feature an outdoor dining area, while large patio doors overlook the garden.
Deeley, 47, recently returned to the UK to host ITV's This Morning, replacing Holly Willoughby. She has been visiting the new house frequently to monitor progress, but she, Kielty, and their two children are not yet living there, residing instead in another London property.
The couple first met co-hosting BBC's Fame Academy in 2002. Kielty, now host of Ireland's Late Late Show, once flew to Los Angeles to surprise Deeley for her birthday, a romantic gesture he recounted on a Valentine's-themed episode. Deeley later recalled the story on The Late Late Show, describing how Kielty called from a pub in Ireland and then booked a flight to join her.
