The Cillo family has expanded their hospitality portfolio with the launch of Casa Cillo, a new dining experience in Liverpool city centre. Located on Duke Street alongside their sister venue Botanico, Casa Cillo offers an intimate 36-seat restaurant and an all-weather terrace for 26 guests.
Tableside Culinary Theatre
Italian chefs expertly prepare signature dishes and finish them tableside, allowing guests to witness the craftsmanship and theatre behind the food. The menu includes steak tartare, Dover sole, fresh lobster, a 1.5kg sharing steak, and artisan Italian pasta classics like Amatriciana and Cacio e Pepe.
