Boots has launched the StyleKorean 24 Days K-Beauty Advent Calendar, a festive countdown packed with 26 skincare, haircare and makeup items. The box retails for £89.90 but has a total value of over £302, meaning each product works out to cost just £3.45 apiece.

Among the most expensive items is the Madeca Cream Time Reverse by Centellian24, worth £26. This anti-ageing cream, a bestseller in Korea, is designed to improve the appearance of fine lines, loss of firmness and dull skin. Powered by advanced Madeca Science, the lightweight moisturiser delivers multi-benefit care to help restore smoother, brighter and more resilient-looking skin, absorbing quickly without leaving a sticky residue.
Another standout is Medicube's PDRN Peptide Eye Cream, valued at £17.90 when bought individually. Infused with PDRN and a blend of peptides, it supports skin regeneration, reduces the appearance of fine lines and improves elasticity. The calendar also includes a full-sized tube of the Zeroid Intensive Oint-Cream, typically priced at £27, which is rich in fatty acids and vitamins to improve dry and flaky skin.

The calendar is so new in that it is yet to receive any reviews from shoppers. However, the Advanced Snail 92 All in One Cream, sold separately, boasts an overall star-rating of 4.7 out of five based on 2,534 reviews. One satisfied shopper said: "Love this lotion. Just light enough, but provides plenty of moisture. Skin doesn’t break out with this product. Highly recommend."
Another wrote: "I use this in winter instead of the snail mucin essence, it is very hydrating. I usually use it before sleeping and my skin feels soft and hydrated in the morning it is my last step after toner and serum." A third added: "I have used this cream on my entire body for at least a year. I won't use anything else. I have sensitive skin, this works better than any prescribed creams. I am so happy I found you."
Not all feedback was positive. One shopper gave it a two-star review, saying: "I was really excited to try this face cream as I love and adore the essence. It was way too lightweight for me though. It absorbed so quickly into my skin and left it tacky. Just wasn’t hydrating enough for my dry skin." Another two-star review mentioned: "Not the biggest fan of this cream. Very sticky and not very moisturizing. Gave it a few weeks for an honest chance, very minimal changes noticed. Probably won’t purchase in future."
