B&M Mirror Looks Like £135 Dusk Option but Costs Just £40
B&M Mirror Looks Like £135 Dusk Option, Costs £40

B&M shoppers could save up to £100 by choosing the high street version over Dusk. One of the newest mirrors at B&M could be easily mistaken at a glance for something worth more than £100 at Dusk.

B&M's Affordable Alternative

The Wooden Multistep Mirror is new to the B&M website and could be a more affordable option for anyone who likes the look of a pricier Dusk piece of homeware. B&M said: 'A traditional wooden frame mirror, with stepped finish, adding style to any space in your home.'

The discount chain claims that the freestanding mirror would look 'ideal [in] hallways and living rooms'. But shoppers could also add this piece to other parts of the home, including dining rooms and bedrooms.

Comparison with Dusk

The Dusk version, sold exclusively online, is on sale for £115, down from £135. Compared to the £40 B&M option, shoppers who choose the high street version could save close to £100 for something that is virtually identical.

The Lennon Arched Full Length Wood Mirror is available in a darker walnut colour or a lighter wood tone for the same discounted price. Describing it online, the brand said: 'Make a statement from floor to ceiling with the Lennon Arched Full Length Mirror. Crafted from solid pine wood, the Lennon mirror features a beautifully elongated arched frame that brings softness and height to any space. Available in a light wood finish for an airy, Scandinavian feel, or a deeper walnut tone for something richer and more dramatic, it’s designed to complement both relaxed and refined interiors alike.'

Both mirrors have a wooden effect, although B&M's is only available in one colour. The more expensive mirror from Dusk stands at 180cm tall and 60cm wide, but B&M's Wooden Multistep Mirror does not have its size listed online.

How to Purchase

To compare, shoppers will need to find a mirror in one of B&M's stores across the UK. B&M does not offer general online home delivery for standard in-store items, having stopped a trial of this service in 2023.

Some B&M branches may have third-party services which can help customers with bulky items. Shoppers should ask about this in-store, as availability and pricing vary by location.

In other B&M news, shoppers have been matching Next with a 'stylish' £12 lamp, similar to a £45 version, which is 'perfect for side tables'. As shown on the B&M website, the store is stocking a £12 Cream Mushroom Lamp, which looks a lot like Next's £45 Nickel Lambeth Rechargeable Wireless Table Lamp.
