The Slumit CUB 2 Person Quick Pitch Moto Camping Tent, priced at £129, has been praised as the best festival tent by a journalist who tested it at Glastonbury 2025.
Easy Setup and Design
The tent weighs 4.1kg and packs down to 70x17x17cm. It features a smart flash frame, an outer rainfly, and an integrated bath-tub groundsheet. Once erected, it forms a simple dome shape with four corners and a porch area.
Performance at Glastonbury
According to Katrina Mirpuri, Senior Social Features Editor at The Standard, the tent can be set up and taken down in less than five minutes. The pegs and guy ropes held up despite being stepped on by passing campers. The door was easy to operate, and the outer shell protected against water and condensation.
"It is by far the best festival tent I’ve ever camped in," Mirpuri said.
Value for Money
At £129, the tent falls under the average price for a good-quality two-person tent. Mirpuri noted that the price, usability, and weight make it an excellent bargain. She added, "You really can’t get better bang for your buck."
