First time I used this it was quite awkward to hold but I had dried and straightened in 35 minutes. Second time was down to 30 and now it feels more comfortable to hold I can manage it in 20-25 minutes. Does my hair look like a stylist did it? Probably not but it is miles better than my previous results with ghd straighteners. I really don't regret the huge outlay now because I love it so much."
