Aldi Launches 2026 New Parent Fund with Weekly £100 Vouchers

Supermarket chain Aldi has announced the return of its Mamia New Parent Fund for 2026, offering weekly £100 digital vouchers to eligible families. The scheme, which first launched in 2025, aims to help new parents cope with the rising costs of baby essentials, which can average around £600 in the first month and £12,400 over a year, according to MoneyHelper.

The vouchers can be used on any product in Aldi stores, including nappies, toiletries, and groceries, but exclude Stage 1 First Infant Milk. Winners will be selected weekly for 52 weeks, with a total prize fund of £5,200. Aldi estimates the scheme could save parents up to £550 during their baby's first year.

To enter, applicants must be new parents or carers (including foster carers and kinship carers) who have recently purchased from the Mamia range. They need to email a receipt showing the latest Mamia purchase, along with their full name, country of residence, and email address to mamiaparentfund@aldi.co.uk. Only one entry per person is allowed, and entrants must be UK residents aged 18 or over. The competition is not open to grandparents, siblings, or other extended family members.

The deadline for applications is January 23, 2027. Winners will be contacted via email. Aldi does not specify a maximum age for the baby, so parents unsure of eligibility are advised to contact the supermarket directly.

Julie Ashfield, Chief Commercial Officer at Aldi UK, said: 'The reality is that the costs don't stop once you've bought the pram and decorated the nursery – it's the everyday essentials that really add up week after week for parents. That's exactly why we continue to invest in keeping everyday baby essentials affordable through our Mamia range, while our New Parent Fund is another way we're helping families during those early years.'

The initiative comes amid a 55% increase in demand for baby banks reported in March, driven by the cost of living crisis. Aldi says the fund has already gifted thousands of pounds to parents since its initial launch.
