Aldi is bringing back its Hotel Collection Candle Advent Calendar (£24.99) on October 25. The calendar features a festive, gingerbread house-inspired design that leans into the nostalgic Christmas trend.
What's inside the calendar
The advent calendar contains 25 individual 50g candles behind its doors, offering a daily dose of seasonal fragrance throughout December. The selection includes classic scents such as Warm Gingerbread, Hot Cocoa, Frosted Fir, White Christmas, Cinnamon Spice, and Iced Berries. Each candle provides up to eight hours of burn time.
At less than £1 per candle, the calendar is positioned as a budget-friendly option compared to other candle-filled calendars like the Yankee Candle Fragrance Lovers Advent Calendar (£59.99).
Availability and other releases
The candle calendar will be part of the supermarket's limited Specialbuys range, and Aldi expects stock to sell quickly upon release. The calendars will be available in stores nationwide while stocks last.
Aldi will also release its 12 Days of Lacura Beauty Advent Calendar on October 25. Following last year's sell-out success, the selection of beauty products will be available for £19.99 and is expected to sell quickly again.
Housed in a burgundy design, the calendar includes a mix of miniature and full-size Lacura products, including makeup, skincare, and haircare items. Products include the Lacura 'Perfect Peach' Plumping Lip Gloss (5.1ml), launching exclusively in the calendar, as well as the Lacura 'Vanilla' Lip Balm (7.5g) and Lacura 'Pink Lace' Liquid Blush (2.1ml).
