Aldi's popular wooden toys range is returning to stores nationwide from October 8, offering more than 50 items including brand new products. The supermarket has set a strict two-per-product per person purchase limit on certain lines, as the range sold out the last time it was available.
New additions to the range
New products include a wooden two-in-one market stall (£29.99) and a cinema counter and kebab takeaway food cart (£29.99), allowing children to stock shelves and serve make-believe feasts. Wooden food crates and platters (£8.99) feature meat, cheese, pastries and seafood, while a wooden stackable dishwasher (£17.99) is also new for this year.
Other new items include wooden medical and vet tables (£19.99 each), complete with 21 pieces including a table, bag and accessories. Wooden bikes or rockers (£24.99) are available in Vespa or trike options in blue or yellow. A wooden Aldi supermarket (£29.99) lets children stack shelves, scan items and run their own middle aisle.
Prices and availability
Young musicians can choose a wooden piano or drum kit (£29.99), while a wooden vanity table (£34.99) comes with a mirror and matching stool. A wooden horse stall (£29.99) is ideal for grooming and saddling up, and a wooden Railway set (£14.99) allows children to build their own routes. A three-storey wooden dollhouse (£34.99) completes the playroom line-up.
Aldi urges shoppers to act quickly, as with all Specialbuys, "when they're gone, they're gone". Items in the range start from £3.99, with the full collection including dollhouses, kitchens, play worlds, railway sets, roleplay bags, puzzles and vehicles.
