How the dehumidifier helps with laundry and damp
The appliance draws excess moisture from the air, helping damp washing dry more quickly on an indoor airer without relying on a tumble dryer or central heating. It can also tackle condensation and damp caused by drying clothes indoors, potentially saving money on energy bills while protecting the home from moisture-related damage.
The model can remove up to 20 litres of moisture from the air per day, helping to prevent mould and mildew from building up. It features four castor wheels and two carry handles, making it easy to move between rooms, and a dedicated laundry mode that runs continuously at high speed.
With a 440W power rating, the appliance costs around 12p per hour to run, according to Sust-it's Energy Cost Calculator. An intelligent humidity sensor monitors moisture levels throughout the room, with readings shown on a clear LED screen.
