Virgin Media has revived its popular TV giveaway, offering a complimentary 43-inch LG Ultra HD smart TV valued at £249.99 to new customers who subscribe to one of its TV and broadband packages. The promotion coincides with the FIFA World Cup knockout stages, aiming to attract football enthusiasts looking to upgrade their home viewing experience.
Deal Details and Packages
New customers can claim the free LG TV by registering for one of four Virgin TV and broadband bundles: Cinema, Sport, Sport + Cinema, and Max Volt. Each package includes over 200 TV channels, a free Netflix Standard with Adverts subscription, and fibre broadband with speeds up to 1,130Mbps. Alternatively, customers can opt for a £125 bill credit instead of the TV.
The £47.99 Cinema bundle offers Sky Cinema channels and 362Mbps broadband. The £57.99 Sport bundle replaces Sky Cinema with Sky Sports, providing coverage of the Premier League, EFL, Formula 1, and more. The £67.99 Sport + Cinema bundle combines both and boosts broadband to 516Mbps. The top-tier Max Volt bundle at £79.99 includes all features plus 1,130Mbps broadband and an unlimited O2 SIM card.
Time Running Out and Price Increases
The free LG TV offer expires at 11.59pm on Wednesday, July 1. Virgin Media applies annual price increases, with most packages rising by £4 from April 2027, and the Max Volt bundle increasing by £6.50. The new One Touch Switch scheme simplifies switching providers, allowing customers to sign up without contacting their old provider.
